Pandemic Sketchbook

A few months into the 2020 pandemic lockdown I challenged myself to draw something every day. (I lasted four months.) Mostly I filled sketchbook pages late at night, equal parts exhausted by the day and exhilarated to finally do something all my own. After seemingly endless hours of my attention being accosted and divided among three young children with nowhere to go, at last I could isolate one single thing to focus my eyes and my mind.
